• One planning meeting & site visit to venue one month before event date

• Help finalize timeline and loose ends for client and The Virgil with specially curated documents for The Virgil’s weddings

• Communication and coordination with vendors regarding day of set-up

• Wedding/Event Day Agenda, layout, and directions for all vendors and key day-of persons

• 60 minute Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

• One MCE Principle Planner + One MCE Assistant for up to 6 hours on wedding day, arriving 2 hours before the ceremony begins

• Setting up of personal decor items (guestbook, gift box, favors, etc)

• Working with and overseeing all vendors day of to ensure all details are covered

• Manage event according to timeline

• Disbursement of final vendor payments + tips

$1500.00 per event/wedding (50% off our current pricing-special for The Virgil)

25% due upon booking, 75% due week before event
