After setting up an inquiry, a consultation call, and a custom proposal curated for your needs we’ll guide you through our proven system of planning events. We affectionately call it The Three Phases of Event Planning.

We break it down to help calm and simplify the process.
The Planning Phase
During this phase, we’ll review your budget, ideal event dates, curate a bespoke event design, and handle negotiations and contracting with your vendors.
2. The Design Phase
We’ll work through every touch point your guests will experience and custom curate a design that fits within the overall goal and aesthetic of your event. From a luxuriously soft velvet linen to the smell of freshly baked baguettes or crisply made french fries, we’ll guide you in creating an elevated experience for your guests that touches on all five senses.
3. The Production Phase
With all the planning and design in place, we go into production mode. We’ll be creating a master plan, handling the layout and logistics day-of, communicating with all your vendors before and day-of the event, and managing the event logistics and any little mishaps that may happen.
