Dear Kimberly + Jay, 

What a pleasure to speak with you today!  I loved hearing your heart and desires behind your wedding plans and would be truly honored to partner with you as your wedding planner, helping you navigate the intricacies of getting from engaged to wed!

Below is my proposal for your wedding day.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  This proposal expires in 7 days.

Proposal

Before the Wedding

  • Complimentary one hour virtual consultation + on-boarding to wedding management software

  • Assistance finding and securing venue: will provide 5 venues for referrals

  • Assitance finding DJ + Caterer: will provide 3 vendor referrals each

  • Available via e-mails as needed

  • Unlimited phone, text, and e-mail consultations beginning 30 Days prior to wedding date

  • Assistance with wedding design: one virtual design meeting provided

  • Assist with creation of timeline + layout

  • One in-person planning meeting + final venue walkthrough 

  • Communication and coordination with vendors regarding day-of setup

  • Wedding Day Agenda, layout, and directions for all vendors and key day-of persons

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination

On the Wedding Day

  • Wedding Day Management with minimum of 2 event managers day-of for 6 hours

  • Greet all vendors and help with vendor set-up

  • Detail placement of any items needed for the reception and ceremony (eg. Guest book, toasting flutes, etc.)

  • Placement of DIY floral designs

  • Run ceremony including cueing musicians and lining up bridal party 

  • Personally direct guests during the wedding  + manage vendors during the wedding

  • Oversee prep of rental items for pick up at end of the night

  • Take care of any and all emergencies with ease

  • Oversee reception from food service to cueing all events 

  • Distribution of any final payments and tips to vendors 

  • “Wedding Day Emergency Kit” available 

  • Oversee venue tear down, clean up, and coordination of rental pickup at the end of the night. 

Excluded Services: The Services shall not include any of the following: set up and break down of tables and chairs; bus tables; trash removal; venue sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and other cleanings; anything requiring electrical service; emceeing; family, wedding party or guest mediation; errands, pick-ups or deliveries; receiving, storing or transporting items; completing do it yourself projects; cut wedding cake; serve alcohol; provide transportation.

This proposal expires on Wednesday, May 15th, 2020

To secure our services, a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required. However, we know we’re living in a crunchy time right now, so if a payment plan is needed, let us know and we’re happy to work something out!

Marcella Camille Events offers Floral Design Services for clients that have booked a planning service. While most florists charge a 50% mark-up, MCE is happy to offer Floral Services for just 30% on top of the cost of florals.
